I was a bit worried at first cuz I wasn’t feeling anything after 30 minutes or so, but then suddenly, wham. Manoman, did I ever have a good long deep sleep.
Now I start with half a piece of chocolate. I only do a full square on weekends because I will probably be sleeping in, in the morning. But their taste and potency is so worth it.
